Personally, I bid 2♦. But double is a close second choice.

Yeah, I'm not 100% sure what I do between dbl and 2♦. May depend on how comfortable my partner is declaring 4-3 fits. If he is too comfortable (3-3 fit might be found) or not at all comfortable (will not play the 4-3 well) I'd be more inclined to find the 2♦ which also has the nice lead directing features. But I suspect I'd double much of the time.

i have to admit this is B/I question. and personally believe this is clear cut double.
