2 - Partner may be on a 3 card diamond suit. 3NT is possible with all sorts of minimum hands - but partner should be the one to play it.

I bid 2, since this is only sequence in my 2/1 version that is NOT GF. I am just showing 10+, and no 4 card major with 5 + . Suprising how much easier bridge becomes when you use common sense. :D
