We should always assume 2/1 unless otherwise stated, because:

- If the original poster didn't bother to state his system, that means that he thinks it's obvious what he's playing. The only people who think this are 2/1 players.

i'd just pass this, if partner has a 5 or 6 card suit and a few values he can protect this after p p, and you are quite happy defending 1n against a balanced hand. There is a slight worry if it comes back to you in 2s, but i wouold be happy defending that.

they put a lot of green cards in the box, so you could use them. the red cards are available to the opponents when you fail to use the green cards.

Please double as you might end up receiving the game bonus, and you will encourage partner to bid a 5 card suit which will get you to "the golden fit."
