1♦=transfer ♥
2♦=forcing. (we have the agreement that it is forcing without the 2♣ bid, not sure that it should still be forcing after the intervention of 2♣)

I would bid 4♠ now. Too speculative to guess 3NT with this 7-5. Agree with 2♦ and 3♠.

If you never play 3N on any auction when you have this hand you are not losing much. Definitely on this auction you don't have enough info to make that judgement.
