Pass.

You have the Jack, and you have 10HCP.

It partially depends, how light / heavy you play openers jump rebid,
I play fairly light ones, i.e. opener is very unlikely to hold 15HCP.

So the risk of missing game is not very high.

And even one does not like Pass, the alternatives are also not pretty,
the alternative would be 3H.
