So, it's a 16-way tie so far?

Let's see how the flow goes, generally it is taking 3 weeks, but we have less contestants. As far as I can tell, no one has bid them yet. I am looking at my schedule to see if I can do the one for tomorrow afternoon.

Have you decided on a deadline yet?
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

I think we should set the deadline to finish this round should be next sunday, the 26th of September unless all the pairs finish before then. There has been a few more pairs who have finished that I haven't updated the above list yet. As you known Jdonn/gib has bid them, so has olegru-driver733, east4evil-sohcahtoa, and cherdano/rogerclee.

We will try to bid them on Friday evening, or Saturday afternoon.

School is my priority, though.

Mbodell and javabean finished bidding, so I think there are still two pair from the lower bracket who have not bid them yet. If either of them have a problem with bidding them today, but still want to bid them, we can extend the deadline again, but we need to hear from them or round 3 ends tonight. If they have already bid them, the host with the hands for these two pairs need to email me their results.

The upper bracket completed bidding are:
jlall/hanp
elianna/awm
Flycycle/Wackojack
bluecalm/redds

Upper bracket still to bid are:
--------- finished -----------

The lower bracket who have completed bidding are:

ant590 - crayzeejim
peachy/lg62
mbodell - javabean
tlgoodwin/timg
jdonn/gib
olegru - driver733

gnasher/catch22
karlson/threenobob

Lower bracket still to bid are:
lobowolf/bkjswan

Others who have bid it for "fun"
free/hrothgar --- completed

edited to correct silly error.. see comment below for what it was

Didn't you roll out of bed on the 23rd for Karlson?
and the result can be plotted on a graph.

These scores ARE NOT FINAL, if they were final, this is what would happen. Be sure to check your totals if you are close to going one. Justin and han would get the round 4 bye. The other three in upper bracket move to the playoff with -- in theory -- the top three from the lower bracket. If there remains such a huge difference between 4th and 5th place in the lower bracket, I suggest we actually promote the 4th place team. In part because 1 point out of 16 hands we could be fighting forever, and in part because there is not much difference between 105 and 106.

Upper Level:
115 hanp/jlall <<--- Round 4 "bye"
80 wackojack/flycycle <-- move to lower bracket
76 bluecalm/redds <-- move to lower bracket
72 awn/elianna <-- move to lower bracket

Lower level
116 TimG/TgoodwinSr <<-- move to round 4
106 sohcahtoa/east4evil <<-- move to round 4
106 gnasher/catch22 <<-- move to round 4
105 bid_em_up/TylerE <<-- I suggest change and move to round 4
98 jdonn/gib
92 MBodell/Javabean
81 ant590/cryzeejim
81 olegru/driver733
80 cherdano/rogerclee
77 peachy/Ig62
76 Karlson/threenobob

For fun bidders...

I think that makes a lot of sense.

Looks like a fair decision, unless the scores from previous rounds suggest a big difference.

Me too, but perhaps Josh-GIB can keep bidding their hands "for fun".
and the result can be plotted on a graph.
