How much do you need in diamonds to raise partner's 2H to 3H?

I think most people I play with would expect at least AQxx and even that would be considered marginal.
I don't have any clue (or guesses) what is best approach though.

sry misread, voted AKQx.
For us Axxx is enough, although this is system depend.
If you only have an inv. raise or the single raise Axxx, than the single
raise should show contr. values, otherwise the range is to wide, so
most likely it needs to be AQxx.
Because of this peoble add a 3rd raise, which falls between the single
and the inv.+ raise, they call it mixed raise.
If you happen to play mixed raises, than the single raise can be weaker.
