partner made a forcing pass (and he did not make a penalty double). I'm driving to slam and 5♠ is probably exclusion keycard so I will bid that. if I don't know what 5♠ is/I think partner will not understand, I can bid 5♦, showing a good suit in addition to my spade shortness.

I would have bid 5♣ but I suppose 5♠ is better assuming that it is exclusion RKC.
