I still haven't figured out GIB's understandings after a reverse. AFAIK, it doesn't play any conventions like Lebensohl or Rubensohl. So I don't know how far it forces.

Doesn't GIB play 2NT here as 17-19? Seems to be what it has (albeit top end, but void in partner's suit degrades it). Having said that, I do prefer 2♠.
