I know there have been a lot of good discussions regarding FP and the rules some use to decide when a pass is forcing. I can find Frances's post regarding low level FP but not the others, I don't find this software version at all good for managing the threads you are tracking. :(
If anyone can give me the link to the old threads, that would be great.

Ignore that, I have found it http://www.bridgebas...ing-pass-rules/

Is my pass forcing, what are the rules?

There is not just ONE set of rules for when FP applies.
Good discussion here, shows you that there is a wide range of various "rules" from various experts. http://www.districts...%202009-06.aspx

I like it "on" when we have constructively bid game or have established a GF.

According to my rules, yes, because
1 You have bid game on strength
2. The opponents have bid on over it

To clarify on 1: you have opened the bidding, and then shown high-card values to raise to the 3-level, then accepted a game try.
If, for example, the auction was
1H 2C 3H 3S
4H 4S

then personally I would not play pass as forcing because the opening side have not shown the majority of the strength (I have an agreement that if opener wants to impose a forcing pass, he has to do something other than just bid 4H on this second auction)
