teams would indicate probably IMPs..unknown for sure; but the red and white parts of the diagram are self explanatory.

Just pass, you have too much defense/not enough offense to bid 5H, and you don't have enough to double them.

:P 5 with Pass also possible. A double is absurd. LHO should have seven or even eight spades, and possibly a heart void, along with about nine playing tricks on the assumption of only one spade loser. If his dummy has as little as a doubleton spade and an ace, he can make the hand while 5 is on or just down one for your side. Take out the insurance at IMPs unless LHO is known to be a weak or reckless player.
