The first issue in the auction was why GIB didn't bid 3♣ over 2NT. That made after problem with rebidding over 3♠X ( which was just TOX )

It's fixed for the new update. 3♣ should carry information for opener of 4+♣ 7-9TP.

That's not the cure for such kind of problems. Gib has to have a rule to play a 9 or 10 card fit instead of 5-1 fits.
