Software for BBO Convention Cards

I'm interested in playing BBO tournaments with my regular club partner and want to post a convention card for us. I've spent a couple of hours trying to find info on where the "software" is, and how to fill it out and save it. Can anyone give me info on this subject? (first time poster). Thanks in advance.

PS: I found info on how to complete the card. But there is no "My BBO" button to click on. I don't have a BBO task bar.

Welcome to the forums. FYI, questions about BBO belong in the Bridge Base Online sections of the forum, not General Bridge Discussion, which is for discussion of bridge in any venue.

If you don't see "My BBO", you must be using the old download version of the software, rather than the newer web version. To try the new version, go to www.bridgebase.com and click on Play Bridge Now.
