What's the range for a direct 2N overcall of a weak two bid? How about a balancing 2N?

What's the range for a direct 3N overcall of a weak three bid? Balancing 3N?

I know the upper range is probably difficult for 3N, but is the minimum higher than for 2N?

15-18, 14+-18

If balanced, 15-24. 14+-24 in balancing seat. Could be less HCP with more tricks.

Larry Cohens site also has some good information on this.
