I'd probably play: ♠A, ♠, ♣ ruff, ♠, ♣ ruff, ♦A, ♦x
3 rounds of ♠ should stick, 3 rounds of ♣ shouldn't get overruffed, but if we get an overruff, we can still manage to lose only 1 more trick imo.

I can't think of one way to make it if east's sitff ♦ is Jack or ten, can anybody?
As the actual lie, you can make it like the suggested line by kgr or even ruffing one more club after ♠K, ♣ruff, ♠A, ♠Q.

Btw I think the 2♦ bid is a mistake, it's what I'd do on a 10 count not a 14 count, if partner wants to axe 2♣ as in this case, I'm not unhappy.
