Create an end position that follows the following restrictions:
-All high cards, jack through ace, in each suit are used.
-N/S can win all of the tricks except one in no-trump.
-N/S can not win all of the tricks except one in any suit.

In addition, minimize the N/S HCP.

Here's an example:

N/S has 5 top tricks.
In no trumps, cash ♦A and ♣A, discarding a heart. Now lead the ♦K pitching a spade. If west pitches a spade, play a heart to the ace and concede a heart. If west throws a heart, you have an extra heart winner.
If the end position is in any suit except diamonds, you have 2 unavoidable losers, and in diamonds, if you try the same squeeze east ruffs when you play a heart, or if you play ♦AKx, east returns a spade! and you have to lose a heart at the end.

Am I missing something in the example? If it is diamonds, can you not concede a diamond at trick 1 throwing a heart? Now if East returns a spade, you have 2 spades, 2 diamonds, 1 club and a heart. If East returns either minor, you can cash your minor suit tricks and West gets squeezed in the majors.

Even better is to play 3 diamonds, no? since now East will probably go for the suicide squeeze.

No, dummy gets squeezed on the third diamond (West can throw 2 clubs and a spade). It needs to hold on to 2 spades or else West can just ditch his spade guard, 2 hearts so West can't ditch all the heart guard and a club to enable you to score your ace of clubs if East returns a spade. Ducking the first (or second) diamond leaves the defense with no recourse. Yes, there is a good chance of East squeezing his partner, but we're talking double dummy constructions here.
