hello,
Two days ago, while I was watching vugraph from Youth Championships, someone permanently tried to log in to my account, indicates my logging out. I asked him/her from other account to stop and he/she did. All in all, after watching i forgot to change my password and in the evening I cannot log in. I wrote to BBO_HELP - nothing can, to support via e-mail - the same. They say , this is old-type account not tied to e-mail address, so they cannot reset password.

Great, but I cannot leave this. This was my nickname for years, all my friends link it to ME. I dont know how to prove if me is me but there must me a way. Please take this situation as important. The GUY is able to do a lot of very bad things now. Please DONT ignore this.

My nickname was : randomdbl

We're investigating. Someone from our Customer Support should be in touch with you soon.

I think you should hear from someone today, to ask you to list some of your friends. Then we can confirm that these are in the taken-over account's friend list, and contact them to confirm your identity.

Something was very surprising when you were kicked out by the duplicate login: it came from the same IP as your original login.

Do you use a wi-fi router at home? Do you play from a public place, like an internet cafe?
