It was a good match; I think we lost by around 17. There were 14 pushes.
I had an interesting defensive problem early on:
1. ♥T, 2, 8, K (♥T is either from T, Tx, T9, T9x or JTxx or longer. KJTx(x) is also a possibility too, but declarer made that easier).
2. ♣Q, 8, 4, K (you play reverse smith, although its pretty obvious to both continuing hearts can't be profitable)
Your agreements are 2/4th in middle game. Now what?

I like 7♦ here (pretending I have 87(x)(x)). But
1) I am fairly unlikely to find it at the table.
2) I might be influenced by it being a problem.

I'd probably switch to the ♠3 -- notwithstanding our agreement to play 2/4 in the middle game. This needs only one card (the ♠A) with partner to defeat the contract.
As to the choice of the 3 instead of the 7? I think it is easier for partner to know we hold honors in spade and to continue the suit. When the 7, there is a small chance partner adopt a passive defense and may switch back to hearts.
