2D, not close. The hand isn't strong enough to double and bid diamonds. I would double with the same shape with my points outside of diamonds, but here diamonds are the real feature of the hand.

Initial 2D overcall is correct. If opps raise or rebid Spades you can double the next round.

As the auction went, pass seems clear cut. Although with GIB, probably wrong. But it COULD be right, seems silly to bid again, then the bad result is your fault.
