Within BBO Discussion Forums there are relatively few topics that interest me, indeed entire forums that I do not wish to read. Yet I don't see a way ("My topics", or similar) of following only the topics that I have posted to or have marked as interesting or are possibly interesting to me. Is this possible in some way? There is "New content", but I can't see how to exclude forums or topics that do not interest me and it also doesn't indicate which topics I posted to, let alone if I have unread replies. I would be grateful for any advice on how to follow things more easily and consistently.

"New content" does show topics you have posted to. There is what looks like a little white note clipped to the top right of the icon when you posted in the topic. The same icon is washed out if you have read all replies.
This doesn't give you everything you are looking for, but it answers some of it. There is a "Watch Topic" button at the top, but I've never clicked on it to find out what it does but it looks like it sends you email when you get replies in that topic.

Thanks - I hadn't noticed the little white note, which helps a bit.
But the real problem is not so much avoiding hot bridge topics like "Yuval Harari, reality and Vipassana meditation" (where I know very well that I never posted anyway) but finding the ones where I did post and somebody might have replied.
In this case I read your reply, but left it hoping someone else would chime in too; they didn't and now I had to go fishing around the forums until I found it again.
Yes I can tag all topics where I write as Watched, but that takes time and navigating to the list of Watched Topics (which shows only those manually tagged) takes more.
Maybe someone from BBO can offer more help.

If you click on your name at the top right, there's a dropdown which includes 'My Content' - showing you all* topics you posted in.
* well, it seems to only show the last year's worth, but that's plenty

It had to be there somewhere!
Thanks very much indeed.

Anyhow may you read this topic in BBO support forum pag. 4 and indications that i suggested:https://www.bridgeba...-than-one-year/ to combine with "Watch Topic" to have notifications (see at the top of this page i.e.).
