There is just zero polite way to discuss this. Getting booted at random has several negative effects.
1. Anger
2. reputation if a bad board happens and you are suddenly poofed
3. I do NOT want your programmers messing with my pc do NOT restart game on your own let me do it.
4. % completed hands probably suffers when poofing happens in middle of a hand
5. Anger (oh wait I mentioned that already) but I am typing this while angry.
6. I wonder why I get poofed ONLY when I am in the middle of getting a good score? coincidence?
7. Sorry but the possiblity of being placed back where I was with little disruption is too large a price to pay for allowing the program to reboot w/o my consent.
8. I am having HUGE problems believing this bug has not been eliminated by now call orkin or something

Stangely enough, I don't run into any issues with getting booted.
Then again, i tend to play set games with friends or bot tournaments
Perhaps the issue has less to do with the software and more with whom you are playing against

I guess BBO knows what you are talking about, and that is the important thing, but FWIW I (and probably some others) do not.
What does getting booted from a game (by the human table host I assume) have to do with messing with your pc? Does it restart the HTML client, the Flash Client, the old Windows client, the PC itself or what?
When I get booted I may be a bit angry but I just look for a new game or tournament or whatever, nothing unusual happens in software terms.

Could you clarify -- are you getting logged out of BBO, or just being sent from the table to the lobby?
If you're being sent to the lobby, the table host is doing it, not the software.
