Getting out of "newbie" status quickly

The Canadian Bridge Federation has a new BBO account, CBF_TD, which it wishes to use to run team matches for later broadcasting (on Twitch and BBO VG). We will receive BBO VG accounts to create the VG event, but currently the CBF_TD account is a "newbie" and cannot create the team match.

Can someone switch this account out of newbie status? Is this possible? Thank you!
