Login greyed out on ipad App Login

My wife can log in fine on the web from her iPad but the app will not allow her to login. Put in her userid and password and the login button remains greyed out. I have deleted and reinstalled the app with no change.

I hardly can login from 3 days ago till nw. I use a Notebook.TY

I couldn`t connect w/BBO 10:00 ET, but then it connected now.
