I think you want to be in some diamond partial and will be in 3NT pretty much always.

All our possible auctions lead to 3NT, even if Responder is not willing to 2/1 GF.

A few approaches given I'm currently experimenting with several variations

1♠ - 3♣ 6+♦ Inv or Mixed Raise
3♥ GF - 3NT 6+♦/4♦ self-sustaining SI opposite more than a minimum GF.

1♠ - 2♦ 5+ GI
2♠ 4+♥ GF Intermediate - 3♣ denies guard
3NT ♣ guard - 4♣ void with self-sustaining ♦
etc. to 6♦

1♠ - 2♦ 5+ GI or 6+♥ Weak
2♠ 4+♥ GI Intermediate - 3♣ 5+♦ denies ♣ guard & 6+♥
3NT ♣ guard - 4♣ void with self-sustaining ♦
etc. to 6♦

Most of my partnerships would start 1S - 3D (invitational), and North might just make an inspired pass.
