Here is my result from Sunday May 28 in this event:
BBO Forums Sunday Daylong
Host BBO
Tables 1597
Boards Show Boards
OMARHEUM Score: 57.74% Rank: 32/160

I never focused on the Tables number, and always wondered why so few people were playing in this
event. I now see that my rank is based on 160 players but there are 1597 tables participating. Why this discrepancy. In other BBO free events, routinely 20000 people participate, and my ranking is based on that same 20000 number.

You have raised an interesting question, OMAR. I hope that BBO provides a detailed answer.

Active forum members are automatically registered. Not many actually play.

How active does one need to be? I reply once in a while, but was removed at the start of 2023.

You have to have logged into the forum in the past year.

There was a period a few months ago when there was a problem so the list of members wasn't getting updated.
