It happened to me a couple of times recently that I deleted some of my posts that I didn't think were correct and replaced them with something else. But I noticed that the overall number of posts previously attributed to me did not drop as I would have expected. Is this correction not convenient/s it not possible to do it? Thanks.

Posts that are deleted are still in the system, they're just hidden, only admins can delete posts permanently. So they're still counted since they can be restored.

As a general rule, there's little point posting feature requests for the forum. We're running an ancient, unsupported version of the forum software.

Which actually isn't all that bad anyway.
My only real grump is that the selection of Unread Posts is buggy and erratic.
More minor things being the inability to block a forum, difficulty of marking PM as read, non-intuitive multiquote and the lack of a button to embed a handviewer link.

I posted it here thinking there was some "bug" that needed to be addressed. However, I read that they are not definitively canceled and therefore remain counted.
