I want to add a set of deals. I go to "Account", "Deal archive", and p.e. delete a folder. Then I get a confirmation panel, I selected Yes, and then "Could not access hand database" appears in a yellow field in the lower right corner. This happen on my personal user, and the user which create tournaments. I already cleared the cache, but this doesn't help.
Make I something wrong, or is this a general problem at the moment?

There is a database problem at the moment. Very sorry about this.
Please try again later; at the moment there are some delays with the database which are causing these errors (along with some other symptoms like game results slow to show or throwing errors).

Service has been restored. You should be able to manage your folders of deals now.
