team game player assignment delay how long can table 2 delay in play start before table 1 get closed out

Table 1 in a team game has started, but their respective teammates are currently engaged in other tournaments.
Q1. Can table 2's seats be reserved for the four players who are currently unavailable, so that they can take their respective seats as soon as they are freed up?
Q2. How long can table 1 be in play without any activity from table 2 before table 1 gets closed out due to time expiration at table 2? Is this delay controllable/adjustable?
