Confirm card Reduce misclick bid with better current confirm method

Make the confirm card more like the confirm bid. Have the selection of the card cause it to move far enough away so those with fine motor skill deficits have to move the pointer a substantial distance to confirm the bid, or at least disable double-click so inadvertent play can't be twitched.
