I agree with 1M-2N although quite a few including me play it as inv+ rather than GF
1M-3N 13-15 3334/3343 is what we play and is not uncommon

If you are in North America 1M 2nt will be Jacoby 2nt, game force with 4 card support.
Discuss the follow ups with your partner, there are many versions of "Jacoby"
1M 3nt as 1M-3N 13-15 3334/3343 is common but I hate it, especially with an artificial 2♣ gf available.
